At the forthcoming 62nd Berlin International Film Festival (Feb 9 – 19), the famous movie actress Annie Yi (Perfect Baby and Good Men, Good Women) will serve as the Chinese ambassador for SHOOTING STARS – Europe´s best young actors. The Chinese jewellery company TESIRO is in its fourth year of supporting European Film Promotion´s SHOOTING STARS event and – now as the main partner – will be introducing an ambassador from its home country for the first time to connect the young European stars with the Asian film community. Moreover, the SHOOTING STARS AWARD will be donated by TESIRO this year. The award will be given to each of the ten young European actors who will be honoured on the main festival stage of the Berlinale Palast on Monday 13 February for their achievements in feature films.
